DFMC’s massive manufacturing facility is spread across 200,000 sq. ft. located in Dubai Investment Park a prestigious manufacturing hub in Dubai. This new facility enables an enormous production of up to 1000 mattresses a day.
The facility is equipped with state-of-the-art machinery giving the company and its manufacturing unit a distinctive edge, facilitating the adoption of unique construction designs in the mattresses.
It’s a fully automated manufacturing facility that minimizes manual handling, thereby ensuring consistency and quality finished products. This advanced and technologically superior manufacturing infrastructure enables DFMC to produce innovative and path-breaking designs. DFMC has been the pioneer in the Middle East market in introducing several latest mattress constructions such as pillow-top, box-top and flip free constructions. In addition to this DFMC also manufactures headboards, and with its impressive product line, it can deliver more than 700 SKUs per day.
The facility uses German Technology –one of its kind in the Middle East that is environment friendly thereby eliminating the usage of ozone-depleting substance – methylene chloride. In addition to this, the manufacturing facility is also equipped with specialized machinery imported from the UK & US with built-in security systems.
Environment-friendly standards are a prime concern at DFMC the mega foam manufacturing process eliminates the use of certain chemicals that can affect the environment.

German Mega Foam Technology: The facility boasts of a German origin, a contemporary mega foam technology machine that produces the revolutionary mega foam. It is a new plant concept that adopts special manufacturing processes and uses specifically formulated raw materials for producing conventional as well as a wide variety of high-quality specialty foam. This technology gives the much-needed added features in the end product, thereby giving value-added benefits to the end-user.
